As Indian cinema and film making take center stage in the global film scenario, Cell 18, Cell 18 - the creative production house of Network18, hopes and expects the students of today to be at the forefront of it, not just in India but internationally too, and are offering this platform so their filmmaking career gets a great start.
It's where we celebrate and applaud the power and artistry of documentary and short filmmaking. It gives students and potential filmmakers, the opportunity to share their craft with a larger audience and make the world aware of their talent.
Cell 18's The Work-in-Progress Film Festival is your chance to get your work screened on India's premier TV network, on Cell 18's show " Through the looking Glass" on CNBC TV18 and also win an exciting cash prize.
The film festival, scheduled for the month of December, is open to entries from all over the country. The categories for entries include fiction films and documentaries .The last date to submit an entry is November 10th, 2008.
