About Anjum Rajabali
Anjum Rajabali is one of the most respected independent, professional scriptwriters working in the Hindi film industry since 1992. Apart from writing features independently, he has also collaborated on scripts with some well-known names in the film industry that includes Govind Nihalani and Rajkumar Santoshi. Films based on his scripts include Ghulam (1998), Kachche Dhaage (1999), The Legend of Bhagat Singh (2002), Drohkaal (1995 — co-written), China Gate (1998 — co-written), and Pukar (2000 — co-written). He has received a formal training in scriptwriting under the Professional Program in Screenwriting Online at the UCLA, in 1998-99. He is now the honorary Head of the Department for the one-year Certificate Course in Screenplay Writing at the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. He also heads the screenwriting department at the Whistling Woods Academy in Mumbai.
