Aruna Vasudev Honoured in France news
Eminent Indian film critic Aruna Vasudev was felicitated at the closing ceremony of 16th Vesoul International Film Festival of Asian Cinema. The festival is held in the Vesoul city of Eastern France every year since 1995.
Ms. Vasudevan was honored with The Medal of Vesoul City by the Deputy Mayor Alain Chrétien.
Aruna is the founder of Osian's Cinefan Festival of Asian and Arab Cinema, Delhi, Cinemaya Quarterly. She is also the founder and president of NETPAC, Network for the Promotion of Asian Cinema. NETPAC is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. She is also a member of DearCinema.com advisory board.
