Call for entry: 29th Busan International Short Film Festival

The 29th Busan International Short Film Festival (BISFF 2012) is calling for entries. The festival will be held  from May 10 to 14, 2012 at Busan Cinema Center in Busan, Korea.

The last date for submitting entries is March 9,2012.

Films completed after or on January 1st 2011 are eligible for submissions for this festival. The Short Film Section will accept films of all genres within 30 minutes. The Medium-length Film Section will accept  medium-length films (30~60 minutes) of all genres. Films of all genres (fiction, documentary, experimental, animation & films shot by mobile phone) within 3 minutes can be submitted for the Extreme-Short Film Section. Films that have won prizes or screened before in other festivals can be submitted.

First Grand Prize comprises approximately 8,500 USD with trophy. The Excellent Best Picture is awarded approximately 4,300 USD with trophy while the Best Picture receives approximately 2,600 USD with trophy.
