Call for Entries:10th Annual DC Shorts Film Festival
Deadlines: January 31 (early bird); March 31 (regular)
DC Shorts turns the spotlight on truly independent short films, created by new and established filmmakers. Films are selected from every genre for the competition screenings, with a special focus on films created by metropolitan Washington, DC-based directors and writers.
DC Shorts reviews films under 20 minutes in all genres, styles and themes. It is open to filmmakers around the world.
Last year, hundreds of submissions were received from 47 nations. The festival screened 140 films from 27 countries in 18 unique showcases to a combined audience of over 8,300 people. Enter your films and screenplays here.
