Brazilian film Elite Squad wins top award at Berlin'08 news
Brazilian director José Padilha's film Tropa de elite (The Elite Squad) has won the top awar-Golden Bear-at Berlin International Film Festival this year. The International jury comprising of renowned French Director Costa-Gavras,German Production designer Uli Hanisch, young actress Diane Kruger, sound designer Walter Murch, Ukrainian producer Alexander Rodnyansky and Taiwanese actress Shu Qi announced the results today, on the concluding day of festival.
