Marrakech Film Festival to pay tribute to Hindi cinema

Marrakech International Film Festival (FIFM) 2012 will screen a number of selected Hindi films to celebrate 100 years of Indian cinema.

Amitabh Bachchan will lead a delegation of actors, producers and directors to the festival for the occasion. The screenings will be held outdoors on 1st December, 2012 at Jemaa el Fna square, Marrakech.

The other guests may include Jaya Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Shashi Kapoor, Yash Chopra, Saif Ali Khan, Shekhar Kapur, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek Bachchan, Nandita Das, Preita Zinta, and Aparna Sen.

The 12th Edition of the Marrakech International Film Festival, Morocco will be held from November 30 – December, 2012.

Last year the Moroccan festival paid tribute to Mexican cinema.
