Brad Pitt wants to work with Anurag Kashyap

Brad PittHollywood star Brad Pitt has expressed interest in working with Anurag Kashyap. “Indian cinema is gaining a lot of popularity on the global platform. Recently, I believe, Gangs of Wasseypur got wonderful recognition at the Cannes. I have also learnt that Anurag Kashyap is a fabulous director. I look forward to working with him if he has some interesting roles for me.”, the star was quoted in an interview to the Times of India.

Anurag Kashyap’s “Gangs of Wasseypur” was screened at the Directors’ Fortnight at Cannes Film Festival this year.

Brad Pitt is known to be keen observer of Indian cinema. Earlier he had praised Rajkumar Hirani’s “3 Idiots” and had called it “impressive”.

According to some reports Brad Pitt along with his wife Angelina Jolie is visiting India on September 29th to attend Bollywood producer Kishore Lulla’s daughter’s wedding in Jodhpur.
