Asian Film Market running at Busan with registrations up by 39%

The Asian Film Market 2011 is currently running at the 16th Busan International Film Festival with 39% increase in participants compared with the previous year. There has been an increase of 67% in Sales Booth at the market.

Market Screening at the market increased in works from 39 to 60 and in screening from 47 to 64. The number of theatres in which the films are screened was also increased to 6 from 4.

The sixth edition of the Asian Film Market is taking place at BEXCO (the Busan Exhibition Convention Center) until Oct. 13.
